Jadon: "Ewwww! Who's David?"
Micah: "My friend."
Jadon: "David? David who?"

Welps.

Welps, we had a church picnic today. We've been trying this new place out for a few Sundays. I guess it's going okay but there are a few exceptions. Jadon hasn't made any friends and he really dislikes going there. It makes me pretty concerned. Today the picnic was at this big park with a splash area and stuff for the kids to play. He was pretty much by himself the whole time and it was obvious he wasn't enjoying himself. It made me feel bad. I'm not sure if this place is going to work out. Then I was reminded that this coming Sunday is Easter and I thought it was like 2 weeks away. So I have to figure out what we're going to do. We're going to be by ourselves this holiday. I thought about taking the kids to the beach after we do some egg hunting here at the house. I'm pretty sure I'd like to make some carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I would like to own a proper picnic basket...the kind with the lining inside & the lid? Like the thing Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz had... that jon't was bangin'. I thought about us going to the Dolphin Beach... maybe we'll do that. The only sucky thing about Dolphin Beach is that the bathrooms are like waaaaaay off, so if you gotta go, you've got to hold it and walk the boardwalk to get all the way back to the bathrooms. The ice cream boat comes to that beach which is fun for the kids and stuff. If I could pick a beach to go to for Easter, I would pick Clearwater Beach because I've never been before and I think it would be awesome. That sounds like an essay. I just got an A. Thank you. What else...what else.... Ummm.... I've been kicking hiney in spin class & body pump. I stopped running and stopped the elliptical. I got bored with it. But apparently Spin Class helps you burn between 500-600 calories per class. YEAH BOI. Mi husband and I went to our first counseling session with Counselor John. It was pretty good, I'd say, and he seems like a great guy so far. We have another session coming up. Our homework was to give each other a 3 minute hug every morning. Tee-hee. Well, our dog busted off our screen door and it had to be replaced, so I'm finnah go sit out back and watch the grand master put the new one on. Peace.
